Modified Alkyl Aryl Polysiloxane CS-507

CS-507 is a medium viscosity alkyl and aryl modified silicone fluid，similar to CS-500 fluid, CS-507 owns good lubricity, mold release, hydrophobicity, compatibility with silicone fluids and mineral oils. . With introduction of phenyl group, CS-507 has better heat-resistance and abrasion resistance.

Application:

CS-507 is used for the formulation of release agents for thermal molding of rubber, plastics and low-melting nonferrous metals. It is superior to conventional silicone fluids when the finished parts are subsequently to be painted, printed, coated or bonded. Especially for:
